Show the File Menu bar in Windows Explorer all the time

If you've gotten used to having the File Menu (File, Edit, View...etc.) when using Windows Explorer, you'll note that Vista does not have that menu turned on by default.

You can call the menu up for a one-time use by pressing the ALT key, or you can enable the menu permanently, until such time as you decide to turn it off.

To turn on the menu, open a window in Windows Explorer. You can just open Computer. Find the Organize button, then look for Layout. Click Menu Bar, which will call up the Menu Bar. You can try it out by closing the window, then reopening it.

You should now have the Menu Bar full-time.
