Add "Copy to Folder" and "Move to Folder"

Windows XP has a quick and convenient way to copy or move files directly to another folder without having to drag the files there. This is found in the context menu (go there by right-clicking the files). Vista does not have this feature, but you can enable it by adding a registry tweak for each item, one for Copy, and one for Move.

NOTES: This tweak involves changing the Registry of Windows. This is the heart of Windows and is where ALL of its settings live. Mess something up here, and Windows may not restart. So PLEASE be careful. You should ALWAYS back up your Registry before you touch it, and make DARN sure you're changing the right settings once you're in there. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU GO DIVING INTO THE REGISTRY AND YOU MESS SOMETHING UP. That said, I have done this change, and if you follow the instructions below, it is safe. The risk comes when you enter the Registry itself.

To enable these items in your right-click menu, download this file. It is a Zip file which contains the registry tweaks.

To add these items to the registry, simply double-click each item, (once you've opened the Zip file) and answer in the affirmative when asked if you want to incorporate these changes. The good news here is that you don't have to enter the Registry to make any changes.

You will now have the options shown in the picture above.
